Therapy Music - Rehab Large Facility/Multi-Site License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between TherapyMusic.rehab (“Licensor”) and the subscribing organization (“Licensee”). By purchasing a yearly membership, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Grant of License
Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Therapy Music.Rehab products, including Outreach Albums, Recovery Assistant Albums, and Personalized Songs, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Uses
• Playback in treatment, counseling, or group settings.
• Downloading for internal use by staff and clients.
• Use of Personalized Songs with the individual client they are created for.

3. Restrictions
• Redistribution, resale, or public broadcast of music files is strictly prohibited.
• Music may not be uploaded to third-party platforms or shared outside the licensed facility.
• License is valid only for the facility named on the subscription
• Access for a large / multi-site facility. Unlimited clients across multiple sites under the same
organization, suitable for large networks, hospitals, or regional ministries.

4. Term and Renewal
This Agreement is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It will expired if not renewed, unless terminated by either party.

5. Termination
Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Licensee violates the terms of use. Upon termination, all licensed files must be deleted and use discontinued.

6. Liability
Licensor is not liable for outcomes of use of Therapy Music.Rehab within treatment programs. Music is intended as a supportive tool, not a substitute for professional medical or counseling services.

By purchasing and maintaining a membership, the Licensee acknowledges acceptance of this License Agreement.

Subscription Plan

Individual Counselor's License - $199/year (1 single named user) Access for one professional counselor or therapist to use Therapy Music - Rehab products in their sessions and they are granted access and downloads to all song services.
Professional Counselor's License - $499/year (Small clinic / counselor) Covers up to 50 active clients in a single treatment center, church, or small group program. They are granted access and downloads to all song services.
Medium Facility License - $999/year (Treatment center / church) Covers up to 100 active clients in one mid-sized treatment center, counseling practice, or multi-group church program. They are granted access and downloads to all song services.
Large Facility / Multi-Site License - - $2,499/year (Treatment center) Unlimited clients across multiple sites under the same organization. They are granted access and downloads to all song services.
